Built to honor the history of farming and dedicated to the memory of Peter Hanenburg, the Coopersville Farm Museum serves as an anchor in the Historic Downtown area of the city. The 12,000 square-foot facility displays rotating agricultural related exhibits, contrasting old versus new, and showcases the John Deere collection of Ed Hanenburg, the man behind the museum. The interactive museum exhibits will be of interest to all ages bringing history to life. Arrangements can be made for group tours, meetings, birthday parties, and special events.
